Food is absolutely top notch. I know, cuz I'm chinese/taiwanese. Haha. Service is quick but because it's always busy, you may have to wait a bit. It's a great place for some good Taiwanese/Chinese food.

My bad... I was here on 04-05-24, but I guess I forgot to review. ... finally stopped in the new Juicy Dumpling Factory to get my husband dinner. One of his favorite kinds of Chinese noodles ... Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. He said it was good! We'll be back to try other things... Happy that this location is very close to home and is doing well....

Visited on a Wednesday night for dinner. The place was pretty busy and only had 3 tables left to sit. The food came out quickly despite the busy atmosphere. I ordered some beef rolls, smashed cucumber salad, dan dan noodles, xiao long bao, and steamed pork & cabbage dumplings. I really liked how refreshing the cucumber salad was. It was lightly seasoned and not too flavorful. I would add more vinegar and salt. It would also help to use some salt beforehand so it wouldn't be so watery. The dan dan noodles looked super spicy but it wasn't. The noodles were nice and warm, but not chewy enough. I also would appreciated it if it wasn't so brothy and watery. The beef rolls were nice and flaky. I enjoyed it a lot. The xiao long bao didn't have much soup inside which was disappointing. The dumplings with pork and cabbage was by far my favorite out of everything. The next time I want a Chinese meal like this, I would definitely come here. I saw many order fried rice and orange chicken. They looked super delicious. I also want to try their potstickers, scallion pancakes, and custard buns the next time. They are available on DoorDash which is dangerous. I know where I will be eating quite often!

Saw this place pop up on my IG feed yesterday so had to check it out, especially with several people indicating it's better than Din Tai Fung (DTF). Honestly, I really don't care for DTF these days so that's not really saying much. Taste-wise, I think the juicy pork dumpling here is just as good, but at a lower price. But what I really like here is its Pork & Corn Pan Fried Dumplings. I've never seen a place serve up pan fried dumplings the way this place does it. Dumplings are connected together by its large crispy bottom layer, which is served downside up. The corn & pork combination provided a nice combination of savory and slightly sweet taste, and was very juicy inside. It came with some dipping sauce on the side but I didn't even use the sauce because it had enough flavor without it. Braised Beef Noodle Soup and Steamed Custard Buns were also good, although somewhat standard in taste. Service was casual and not too attentive, but this place isn't set up like a full service restaurant. It just places a large pitcher of water and you help yourself. Parking wasn't too bad because we got here before the peak dinner time, but I can see it getting packed since it shares a lot with several other businesses, including Starbucks.
